25 Year Guarantee

If the PermaSeal Roofing System applied to the underside of your roof tiles should crack, flake, peel or loose adhesion from the tiles to which it is applied, within a period of 25 years from the date of completion then PermaSeal will furnish sufficient replacement materials and labour required to effect the necessary repair entirely without charge.

The Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from subsidence, major building movement and structural defects by mechanical or physical causes.

This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

This Guarantee is transferable to any owner or owners of the above property within the 25 year period.
